REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund but will charge 20% amount for restock. If piece is broken will refund complete amount.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
It is agreed by you that you will not dispute the decision made by Nuzzrii and accept our decision regarding cancellation, modification or replacement of the order.
CANCELLATION BY NUZZRII
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional information or verification/s before accepting any order. We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reverted to your card account.
We will seek authorization on your card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you, however, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount corresponding to the actual portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfill, and any associated shipping charges/taxes and levies etc. Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and received an authorization on your card from your Card Issuer, if not captured by us in the time period stipulated by our Merchant Banker, will not be captured/ charged. If, however, the same is charged to your card/bank account in error, we will refund it as soon as the same is realized by us or brought to our notice, whichever is sooner. Nuzzrii reserves the right to capture/charge your card to the full or partially authorized amount for the concerned order.
SHIPPING INFORMATION – INDIA
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping through DTDC/Blue Dart/FedEx are delivered within 6-7 business days. *Delivery to metro locations will be faster.
Standard Shipping – Orders below 2000 INR shipping charges are 100 INR
Shipping prices may vary depending on the destination and weight of your parcel.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), the re-delivery of the same will be chargeable as a new shipment.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours/2 business days with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 16 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.
While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
In the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver your complete order within 16 working days, you can request us to cancel the remaining unshipped parts of the order. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our help desk (+91) 98297 33533 or email us at email@example.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices throughout the Website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR. Payment can only be accepted in quoted currency. All prices on website are including GST (Goods and Services Tax).
For International deliveries, additional duties and taxes may be applicable for the ordered items as per your country regulations, which will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
Prices of the products on the Website are subject to change without notice, and can vary from piece to piece, and from time to time, depending on the price of raw materials at the time of production. Gold, silver and precious stones are commodities, with market fluctuations beyond our control. Occasionally, a piece will sell, and then be recreated at a later date with a difference in price. This simply reflects the market value of the raw materials and may not mean that we have increased our mark-up.
All payments on the Website are securely processed through our payment gateway partner. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express and Electronic Wallet via PayTm. We may accept bank transfers upon special request at our sole discretion. You can contact our customer care for the same. We endeavour to ensure confirmation of ordered item(s), availability and shipping before processing your order transaction. You will be advised by email if we are unable to complete your order.
